 La partita di recupero col Goriano, di oggi 9 gennaio 2008, si è chiusa con una bella vittoria che rilancia ancor più le ambizioni del Pratola che consolida il primo posto in classifica. Il Goriano, privo di molti titolari, ha disputato un buon incontro. Il punteggio non deve far pensare ad una patita facile per i nerostellati che hanno dovuto impegnasi per buona parte dell’incontro per avere la meglio sugli amici di Goriano. Al  5’  del primo tempo il Goriano è subito passato in vantaggio con un micidiale contropiede. Il Pratola, dopo una serie di buone e pericolose azioni,  al 18’, col giovane  difensore Palombizio , agguantava il pareggio ed iniziava ad affondare con più costanza. Da segnalare l’ingresso in campo del bravo Santilli Michele che, come sempre, ha movimentava ancor più il vivace ed incisivo attacco. Con la seconda marcatura dei nerostellati si chiudeva il primo tempo. Dopo l’intervallo il Pratola appariva più determinato e, in pochi minuti si portava sul 3 a 1 mentre il Goriano si rendeva pericoloso con rapidi contropiedi. Il Pratola provvedeva ad altre  sostituzione con altri bravi atleti ed il punteggio continuava a salire fino ai tre fischi finali dell’arbitro che chiudevano la partita col risultato di 6 a 1 per i nerostellati. Il Goriano si è fatto notare per il  temperamento e per le capacità tecniche di alcuni suoi calciatori. Gli atleti del Pratola sono stati tutti bravi visto che dal portiere agli uomini d’attacco è sempre stata viva la voglia di vincere, di lottare tutti insieme per la vittoria. Un bravo allenatore, uno staff dirigenziale molto unito ed atleti che hanno formato un gruppo compatto, sono gli elementi del Pratola di quest’anno. In tribuna, tra gli ospiti, il sindaco di Goriano ed il sindaco di Pratola , oltre a tanti, tanti tifosi delle due squadre. Ora il Pratola  è solo al comando seguito a quattro lunghezze dal Pacentro.

Today's make-up game between Pratola and Goriano, was concluded with a nice victory by Pratola and renewing it's ambitions ambitions, a win that consolidates first place in the standings. Goriano lacking some key players, still played a good game. The resulting score should by no means indicate it was an easy game for the nerostellati who had to work very hard for most of the game to have to earn the result. Goriano took the lead at the fifth minute of the game on a counter attack. After a series of concerted attacking plays, Pratola would tie the game as the defender Palombizio scores at the 18th minute, after which the pratolani continued to press deeper in Goriano territory. Santilli Michele would make his presence on the field strenghtening Pratolas offences. Pratola would net it's second goal as the first half expires. The second half would see a more determined Pratola team and within a few minutes takes a 3 - 1 lead and Goriano tried to respond with dangerous counter attacks. Pratola would make 3 more substitutions from it's roster of skilled players, widening the lead to 6-1 at the final whistle. To take note  was Goriano's temperament and technical skills of some of the players. Pratola's men seemed to play together well and determined to win. An excellent coach, a united managerial staff and a solidified group of athletes, are Pratola's elements this year.  On the spectator's stands were both the mayor from Goriano and the mayor from Pratola, as well as many, many fans representing both teams. Now Pratola stands alone at the helm followed by Pacentro four points behind.
